REFUND POLICY

Items in the OEM Components category are not eligible for refunds nor are orders made out to Canada.

For all other products following the conditions listed below, email us with your order number and reason for intent of the refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost; we will not cover the return shipping.

If you do not have your order number available, then we can assist you getting that information and will require your name, address, item(s) ordered, and estimated date of order. We will then try to look through our order history records and confirm the correct information with you to proceed.

Conditions

1. The order was placed within renewedgamingrelics.com and shipped domestically within the USA

2. The request must be placed within 21 calendar days of receiving the product. The delivery date from the original tracking ID will be used as the effective start date to confirm applicability

3. The applicable warranty for domestically placed orders was not used for the item to be returned

4. Products must be returned in the original condition they were shipped as

5. Any items returned for an exchange or refund that are missing components, batteries, or accessories it was shipped with, will  only qualify for a partial refund to cover missing the articles.

6. Orders arriving late due to Shipping providers are NOT covered. If an item hasn't been marked delivered by the shipping provider provided shipping restrictions were not imposed due to external factors within a month from the start date of item being shipped, then a lost item claim can be started and any applicable refund may begin to be processed once the claim has resulted in funds being reimbursed. Warranty applicability is not covered in this type of situation to get replacements.

7. Failed installations of purchased USB-C mods are not entitled for a refund. For example: cutting leads too short by accident during installation; damaging printed shells during installation; damaging the mods via using inappropriate USB-C wall adapters that failed to meet specifications listed in the Power Requirements section within their listing.​​​​
