We do not offer local delivery or pickup.

Orders processed on this site only ship domestically to the United States through USPS and are shipped Monday - Friday; no shipping is processed during holidays. Repair services utilize USPS and UPS options

We cannot guarantee delivery times due to potential service interruptions through carriers. We do not cover items being lost at fault by the carrier; refer to the refund policy

Processing Time

Orders may take 1 - 4 days to process
USB-C modifications sold are printed and assembled on order

Domestic Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping will utilize USPS Ground Advantage services
Orders with paid shipping will utilize USPS Priority boxes and services
USPS ground advantage packages are expected to be delivered between 2 - 5 Business Days as described by USPS
USPS priority packages are expected to be delivered between 1 - 3 Business Days as described by USPS
Shipping calculation is based on the product groups which align to a flat rate method with the greatest applied towards the group
Replacement items and items purchased during free shipping events will utilize USPS Ground shipping
